8 oz. grated cheddar cheese
8 oz. Velveeta, chopped
1/3 cup cottage cheese
1 small or 5 green onions
1 tsp. parsley

Mix together and form into a ball. Roll in crushed pecans or chili powder. Serve with your favorite crackers.
