1/2 package of taco seasoning
1 can Mexican corn
1 large carton of fat free sour cream
2 bottles of taco sauce
1 package of Mexican Shredded Cheese
Jalapeno's or Sliced Black olive (or both!) (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix beans and taco seasoning. Place in bottom of long dish. Drain corn and spread over beans. Drop large spoons of sour cream on beans and corn. Spread slowly and evenly. If you spread to fast or hard you will mix corn in the sour cream. (Not so good that way). After spreading the sour cream pour the taco sauce over the sour cream and then cover with shredded cheese and top with jalapeņos and/or black olives.
