Thinly sliced ham or Turkey meat
Low fat cream cheese
Dill pickle chips (asparagus may be substituted)
1 small onion, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Chip up pickles or asparagus and add to cream cheese. Chop onion and mix with cream cheese mixture. Lay sliced meat flat and spoon mixture around the left edge of meat. Roll meat and place in pan. After repeating this process with all of the meat, place the pan in the fridge until meat is thoroughly chilled (about an hour). Slice meat rolls into small pinwheels and serve.
