2 tbsp of olive oil
1 qt of water + 1 cup of pasta water
1 ten oz. package of spinach (stems removed)
8oz of pasta (short ie mine shells)or 12oz of tortellini
Salt and pepper to taste
Grated cheese to taste
Directions:
Directions:
1. Bring water to a simmer, add olive oil,salad pepper.
2. Put spinach in water and simmer for 5min.
3. Cook pasta according to package.
4. Strain pasta reserving 1 cup of liquid
5. Add to spinach
6. Add grated cheese on top to taste
