Any mixture of summer fruits is good. I like to use melon, grapes, peaches, strawberries, fresh berries, blueberries, etc. The mint sauce will keep forever. Serve sauce with fruit.
Fresh Mint Sauce;
1 bunch mint
1/4 cup sugar
1 jar (10 oz.) mint jelly (can sub. Mint flavored apple jelly if you have to)

Wash mint, reserve 6 to 8 nice springs for garnish. Remove stems from rest and discard.
Snip or chop mint very fine. (Snipped mint should measure about 1/2 cup)
In small bowl, combine mint and sugar. Let stand 1 hour.
Melt jelly in top of double boiler, over boiling water.
Stir in mint-sugar mixture and 1/4 cup water.
Refrigerate, covered until chilled. about 1 hour.
