2-1/2 cups regular uncooked rolled oats (you can use a multi grain also)
1/2 cup packed brown sugar ( I prefer raw sugar)
1/2 cup sunflower seeds and sliced almonds
1/3 cup honey
1/3 cup melted butter
1/4 cup bran and wheat germ
1 teaspoon. cinnamon
1 teaspoon. vanilla
1 teaspoon. almond extract
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup dates and or any other dried fruit, I like cranberries.

Directions:
Directions:
Grease a cookie sheet. Combine all ingredients except dried fruit. Bake in oven, stirring mixture once while baking after about 15 minutes, then add dried fruit and bake last 5 minutes. This is a basic recipe, you can keep adding your special likes to it.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
