2 c sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 c Mazola Oil

3 c flour
1 t salt
1 t soda
1 t cinnamon
2 T vanilla
1 c nuts
3 c chopped apples peeled

Beat first three ingredients together until fluffy.

Cream remaining ingredients together with sugar mixture. Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes, in 9x13 pan or 1/2 recipe in 8 in square pan.
