2 cups shelled raw peanuts
1 cup sugar
1 cup white corn syrup
1 tbsp soda

Directions:
Directions:
Butter a baking sheet. Mix peanuts, sugar and syrup in heavy sauce pan. Bring to a boil and stir to hard crack stage (300 degrees). Remove from heat and quickly stir in soda. It will foam. Pour mixture onto buttered sheet. Cool enough to touch. Stretch to make thin as possible. Store in air tight container.
