2/3 cup evaporated milk
1 cup sugar
1/8 tsp salt
1 cup packed brown sugar
1 tbsp butter
1 cup chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
In heavy pan, mix milk, sugars and salt. Heat slowly to boiling, stirring constantly. Cook to soft ball (236º), stirring often. Remove from heat and add butter. Cool 20 minutes, then heat until thick and loses gloss. Quickly add nuts and put into 8 inch square buttered pan.
