3/4 cup butter
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
2 cups flour
1/8 tsp salt
3/4 cup finely chopped Brazil nuts
Apricot Jam

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla. Add flour and salt. Blend in nuts and shape into 3/4 inch balls. Place on ungreased baking sheet. Flatten balls with bottom of glass dipped in flour. Make thumb print in each and fill with jam. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes.
