Ingredients:  
1 c. rice
½ tsp. salt
3 c. water
3 c. milk
1 small can evaporated milk
1 c. sugar
1 stick butter
cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Cook rice in salted water until water cooks away.
Add milk, evaporated milk, sugar and butter.
Stir over low to medium heat until rice is fluffy and tender.
Add additional milk if needed.
This will thicken as it cools.
Remove from heat with some liquid remaining.
Pour into serving bowl and sprinkle with cinnamon.
