Pastry: 2 c flour, 1 teas salt, 1 cup lard.
Mix in food processor andd cold ice water until ball forms, roll out between saran wrap to 1/4 inch thick crust. Put into 1 9" pie crust pan.

1 c butter
1/2 c brown sugar
mix for struesal top with fork

2 1/2 lbs of firm peaches
3/4 c sugar
1 teas lemon peel grated
1 teas lemon juice
1/4 c flour

confectionar sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Toss peaches with ingredients listed and add to pie crust. Make struesel topping and sprinkle over pie top.Bake at 350 degrees for 40 min, cover with foil at edges ( make a circle to keep edges from burning). bake 20 min more
remove from over, cool sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
