12 pints of tomatoes
6 green peppers
24 onions
24 cloves of garlic
15 (18oz) cans tomato paste
15 (18oz) cans of water or more
8 Tbsp basil
5 Tbsp salt
2 Tbsp pepper
4 Tbsp sugar
2 Tbsp oregano

Directions:
Directions:
Brown onion, pepper and garlic in olive oil. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer for at least 1 hr. Pack and seal in sterilized pint or 1 1/2 pint jars.
