1 Leg of lamb 5-7 lbs
Garlic cloves
Salt Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cut off visable fat. Make slits all over the lamb to fit garlic cloves into them. Bake at 323 degrees for 2 -3 hours depending on how rare you like it.
Remove from oven, cover with cloth for about 20 minutes. Slice. Make gravy from juices.
