2 1/4 c. Milk
2 T. Butter
1 t. Salt
2/3 Yellow cornmeal
3 Eggs (separated)

Pre-heat oven to 375º
Heat milk to scalding, add butter and salt. Slowly stir in cornmeal. Cook for 1 min. stiring constantly. Remove from heat and cool a few minutes. Then stir in well beated egg yolks. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites and pour into greased casserole. Bake for 35-40 min. Scoop out with icecream scoop.
