1 lb. Ground Sausage.
3 c. Baking mix.
4 c. Sharp cheddar cheese grated
1/8 t. Salt
1/8 t. Pepper
1/2 c. buttermilk

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat oven 375º
Spray baking sheet with pan spray.
Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl. Roll into walnut size balls, place on baking sheet. Bake for 18-20 min. or until golden brown. Serve with a dip of honey mustard or just plain honey.
