8 Boneless chicken breasts ( uncooked)
6 Chicken or beef frozen tamales
2 10 3/4 oz cans of chicken soup
4 c. Grated cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat oven at 350 º
Grease 9"x13" baking dish, Place chicken breasts and tamales in baking dish alternating side by side. Spoon soup over tamales and chicken. Cover with foil and cook for 1 hour. Remove from oven stir soup tamales to form a sauce. top with gratted cheese. Place back into oven uncovered for 15 min. to melt cheese. Serve with crushed tortilla chips and sour cream.
