1 stick margarine
1/2 cup nuts
1 cup flour
1 8 oz cream cheese
1/2 carton cool whip
1 cup powdered sugar
2 boxes instant chocolate pudding
3 cups milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix margarine, flour and nuts and press into Pyrex dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
Mix cream cheese, cool whip and powdered sugar and put on baked crust.
Combine pudding mix and milk. Beat and let set until thick. Spread on top of cheese layer. Top with 1/2 carton cool whip. Sprinkle with nuts and refrigerate.
