2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp soda
1 tsp salt
2 tsp cinnamon
1 1/2 cups oil
4 eggs
3 cups grated carrots
1 cup walnuts
1 tsp vanilla

Frosting:
8 oz cream cheese
1/4 pound margarine
2 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup nuts
2 cups powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients. Mix wet ingredients and add to dry mix. Bake at 325º for 1 to 1 1/4 hours.

Mix cream cheese and margarine for frosting. Add vanilla, then rest of ingredients.
