2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 can (16 ox) pumpkin
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp cloves
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ginger
1 can (13 oz) evaporated milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all together and pour into 9 inch unbaked pie shell. Bake at 425º for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350º and bake for another 45 minutes or until knife comes out clean.

This came from a can of Libby's pumpkin. Mom tried lots of ideas she got from newspapers, magazines (Capper's Weekly had lots of interesting recipes), and ingredient containers like cans and boxes (notice the frequent use of Bisquick in her recipes).
