1 1/2 pounds ground sirloin
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1/3 cup barbecue sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
1 egg white
1/2 cup ketchup
1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs
2 tablespoons light brown sugar
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 green bell pepper, finely chopped
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375º. Coat a 9x5 loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray.

In a bowl, combine the sirloin, barbecue sauce, egg white, bread crumbs, onion, green pepper, garlic, salt, and pepper, and mix well. Transfer to the prepared loaf pan. In a small bowl, mix together the ketchup, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, and mustard. Spread the sauce on top of the meat mixture. Bake for 1 hour. Drain off any excess grease before serving.
