Apples
3/4 cup sugar
1 1/2 tbsp flour
1 tsp cinnamon


Topping:
1 cup flour
1 cup sugar
1 tsp soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
7 tbsp margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Slice apples. Mix with all ingredients (topping comes later). Put in baking dish. Mix topping ingredients until crumbly. Spread topping over apple mixture. Bake at 350º for about 45 minutes.

The volume of apples is not specified. Mom always said you have to look at the recipe in progress to know when you have enough apples. When the baking dish looks about right, you're good to go.
