Cod, halibut or other fish, thawed
Olive or canola oil
Kellogg's Crushed Corn Flake Crumbs

Preheat oven to 425º F and place an oven rack on highest level. Pat fish dry with a paper towel. Dip fish in oil and roll in corn flake crumbs. Place on a baking sheet sprayed with Pam. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, depending on the thickness of pieces of fish.
