1 lb sausage
6 eggs
4 slices sandwich bread
1/2 tsp salt
2 cups sharp cheddar cheese
2 cups milk

Directions:
Directions:
In large skillet, crumble and brown sausage. Drain on paper towels and set aside. Cut bread into cubes and put in bottom of buttered 9 X 13 inch baking dish. Top with sausage and cheese. Combine beaten eggs, salt and milk. Pour over cheese and sausage. Cover and refrigerate over night. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. May add onions, peppers, etc. if desired.
