3 lbs. chicken
8 oz. thin spaghetti
4 tbsp. butter
4 tbsp. flour
1 c. whipping cream
1 c. chicken broth
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. sour cream
1 c. Parmesan cheese
1/8 c. lemon juice
1/3 c. white cooking wine
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
8 oz. fresh mushrooms, sautéed in 4 tbsp. butter

Boil chicken, remove from bone. Take 1 cup of broth out and break spaghetti into 1/3's and cook in remaining broth. In skillet, melt butter and add flour cooking until bubbly. Add cream and chicken broth. Stir and cook until thickened. Add mayonnaise, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, wine, and seasonings. Add sautéed mushrooms and mix all together.
