1 pkg dry yeast
1/4 cup warm water
1 cup creamed cottage cheese
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp dried onion
2 tsp dill seed
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp soda
1 unbeaten egg
2 1/4 to 2 1/2 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in water. Add all ingredients except flour. Mix well, add flour and knead. Let rise until double (50 - 60 minutes). Punch down. Put in casserole. Punch down after rising and bake 40-50 minutes. Sprinkle salt on the top of the loaf after baking.
