2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup butter
1 cup water
1/2 cup sour cream
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon almond extract
Butter Frosting

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 350º grease and flour 15 x 10 jellyroll pan.
In large bowl combine flour, sugar, salt and baking powder. Set aside.
Melt butter with water in saucepan and bring to a boil, stirring occasionally.
Add flour mixture. Stir in sour cream and eggs and almond extract. Pour into jellyroll pan and bake approx. 22-25 min. Spread warm cake with frosting:
1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup milk. Melt and bring to a boil. Add 3 cups powdered sugar and 1/2 teaspoon almond extract.
Frost and sprinkle with chopped walnuts or almond slices!

This cake is soooo yummy. Everytime I make it people ask for the recipe. It's good as cupcakes too!
