3 T. butter
1 small onion
1/2 red pepper
14 oz. crab meat
1/4 lb. Velveeta cheese, cut into small pieces
4 T. catsup
1 T. Worchestersire sauce
1 T. Milk
1/4 t. cayene pepper

Directions:
Directions:
- Melt butter in top of a double boiler or on very low heat in a regular pan.
- Add onion and pepper; saute over direct heat 3 minutes.
- Add crab meat, cheese, catsup, worchestersire sauce, milk and cayenne pepper.
- Cook until cheese melts, stirring often.
- Serve hot with pumpernickle or melba toast.
