1 envelope Good Seasons Italian salad dressing mix
1 can (16 oz.) black beans, drained, rinsed
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen corn, thawed
1 c. chopped ripe mango
½ c. chopped red pepper
1/3 c. chopped red onion
1/3 c. chopped cilantro
¼ c. lime juice

Directions:

Mix all ingredients until well blended; cover.
Refrigerate at least 1 hour.
Serve as a salsa for grilled chicken or for a dip for tortilla chips.
Special extra: To serve as a simple salad, add 1½ cups cooked
Minute brown rice.
