2 cans artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. grated parmesan cheese
1 71/2 oz. can red salmon, drained, flaked (skin & bones
removed)
2 oz. cream cheese, softened

Directions:
Directions:
Combine artichoke hearts, mayonnaise and parmesan cheese.
Stir in salmon and cream cheese. Transfer to a 1 quart
casserole. Bake uncovered, in a 350 degree oven for about 25
minutes or until heated through. Serve with vegetables or
crackers.
