1 head romaine lettuce, chopped
1 head butter or iceberg lettuce, chopped
lb. Ditale noodles, cooked and drained
1 lb. or more grilled chicken breast, diced
lb. feta cheese
2 tomatoes, chopped
2 avocados, diced
bacon, cooked and chopped

c. mayo
1 T. red wine vinegar
2 T. Dijon mustard
1 minced green onion
1 t. minced garlic
pinch of fresh chopped parsley
pinch of fresh chopped thyme
salt and pepper to taste

Whisk salad dressing ingredients together and refrigerate at least
two hours. Toss with salad ingredients.
