3 Tbs corn starch
1 cup plus 2 Tbs sugar
grated rind of 1 lemon
4 Tbs lemon juice
1 Tbs butter
3 egg yolks - beaten
1 1/2 cups boiling water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cornstarch and sugar in the top of double boiler. Add grated lemon rind, lemon juice, butter and beaten egg yolks. Add boiling water. Cook until thickened.
