Ingredients:  
1 cup of Louisiana Creole Seasoning (onions, bell peppers, parsley)
1 lb lump crab meat
6 tbsp Mama Mia's Garlic Spread (found at Sam's)
1 loaf New Orleans Style French bread
1 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp butter
2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
Salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Saute creole seasonings in olive oil & butter. Add garlic spread & crab meat. Cook for about 15 minutes. Cut French bread in half (not all the way through to form a pocket). Spread crab mixture with spoon into pocket of bread. Sprinkle cheese over crab mixture. Bake at 350º until bread is golden brown and cheese has melted.
