1/2 cup milk
1 T vinegar
2 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp salt
1 cup butter or crisco

Directions:

Mix milk and vinegar first and set aside. Blend flour, salt and shortening. Add milk/vinegar mixture.
Form into balls, roll out the dough and place in pie pans .
