2 c. self-rising flour
2 c. sugar
1 c. vegetable oil
3 eggs
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
1 large jar baby food plums
1 c. light raisins
1 c. pecans; chopped

Glaze:
1/2 c. powdered sugar
2 tbsp. butter; melted
Juice of 1 lemon

Directions:
Directions:
In a mixing bowl, mix together dry ingredients. In a smaller mixing bowl mix together wet ingredients. Stir wet ingredients into dry ingredients. Add raisins and pecans. Spread evenly into a bundt pan and bake in a preheated 350º oven for 45 minutes to an hour; or until toothpick inserted comes out clean. Let stand in pan for 10 minutes. Remove from pan and cool completely on wire rack.

Mix together ingredients for glaze and drizzle over cake.
