1 pound butter or margarine
2 pounds brown sugar
4 cups sugar
1 dozen eggs, beaten
2 tablespoons vanilla
2 tablespoons light corn syrup
3 tablespoons soda
1 box (42 ounces) quick-cooking oats
3 pounds peanut butter
1 1/2 pounds semi-sweet chocolate pieces
1 pound candy-coated chocolate pieces
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugars in a VERY large bowl. Add eggs,
vanilla, corn syrup and soda and beat well. Stir in oats,
peanut
butter, chocolate pieces and candy-coated chocolate pieces.
Mix well by hand. Heat oven to 350. Drop by tablespoons
onto an ungreased baking sheet. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
Cool slightly before removing from baking sheet.
NOTE: An ice cream scoop may be used to make larger
cookies.
