3 tbs chopped onions
3 tbs chopped sweet red pepper
2 green onions, thinly sliced
3 tbs olive or vetable oil
2 packages (6 oz each) long grain and wild rice mix
2 1/3 cups water
1 can (14 oz) beef broth
dash of cayenne pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In a large saucepan, saute the chopped onions, red pepper and green onions in oil until tender. Stir in the rice mixes with the contents of seasoning packets, water, broth and cayenne. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer for 20-25 minutes, or until the rice is tender and liquid is absorbed.
