1 large hen
2 bell peppers, chopped
2 - 12 oz. pkgs. spaghetti
1 can Rotel, or 2 cans if desired
3 c. Velveeta cheese
2 large onions, chopped
1 can mushrooms, optional
1 can tiny green peas, optional
1 small can pimento
1 1/2 sticks margarine
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Cover hen with water and cook on low for 3 hours.
Let stand in broth until cool. Remove chicken and cut up. Saute' bell pepper and onions in margarine. Cook spaghetti in chicken broth. Do not drain spaghetti. When spaghetti is tender, add Velveeta cheese to hot spaghetti, and stir until melted. Add chicken and remaining ingredients. Bake at 350º for 45 minutes.
Freezes well.
