1 Large can Crushed Tomatoes (28oz,)
1 Onion - Diced
2 - 3 cloves of Garlic - minced
Olive oil
Salt, Pepper, Oregano Flakes
1 lb. Ditalini Pasta

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté Garlic & Onions in olive oil. Add can of crushed tomatoes and about 1/2 can of water.
Add salt, pepper and oregano. Simmer for 1/2 to 3/4 hour. Add cans of peas, simmer for another 1/2 hour. Cook Pasta until Al dente add to sauce and serve topped with Grated Cheese.
