1 head of lettuce, chopped
4 boiled eggs, chopped coarse
1 can LeSeur Tiny English Peas, drained
8 oz. Cheddar Cheese, cubed
2-3 fresh tomatoes, cubed
¼ c. Hellman’s Mayonnaise
Cracked pepper, generous amount
Salt to taste

Cut lettuce into bite-sized pieces. Add eggs, peas, cheese, and tomatoes. Stir in Hellman’s Mayo a spoon at a time to give a light dressing coating. Salt and pepper to taste.
