Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 c. scalded milk
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 T. salt
1 T. instant yeast
1 c. butter
4 eggs
5 c. flour-approximately

Directions:
Directions:
Pour the milk into a saucepan and heat over medium heat until bubbles appear around the edges. Do not stir. Remove from heat and pour into mixing bowl. Add sugar, salt and 1/2 cup softened butter. Mix on low until blended. Add 2 cups of flour and mix well. Add in the eggs and mix thoroughly. Take one cup of flour and add your INSTANT yeast to it and stir gently and then add to the mixing bowl. Add the remaining flour slowly. Mix dough very well. You may need to add a little more flour, but dough should be sticky. Turn out into a large greased bowl and let raise in a warm place for one hour. Remove from bowl and add flour if you need to. You should be able to roll dough out and cut into circles with a cookie cutter. I like using a wide mouth jar band.

Melt your other cube of butter and pour into a baking pan. Dip each roll into the butter and fold over and place into rows with dough touching. Raise for one hour again. Bake at 375º for 15-20 minutes.
