2 T. oil
2 T. flour
1 green pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 1/2 c. vegetable (tomato) juice
1 lb. Smoked sausage or kielbasa
1 boneless skinless chicken breast. cut in chunks
salt and pepper to taste
Hot cooked rice

Directions:
Directions:
Cook chicken with garlic, onion and pepper in oil and stir in flour. Add kielbasa and tomato juice and season with salt and pepper. Bring to a boil. Cover and simmer fro 10 minutes. Serve over rice
