Pour 1 3/4 c. boiling water over 1 c. raw oatmeal & let stand 10 minutes. Add 1 c. sugar, 1 c. packed brown sugar and 1/2 c. butter. Stir until butter melts then add 2 eggs & mix well. Beat in 1 3/4 c. flour, 1 tsp. baking soda, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1 T. baking cocoa & 6 oz. semi sweet chocolate chips.

Pour into ungreased 9" X 13" pan and top with 6 oz. semi sweet chocolate chips. Bake @ 350º till done.
