1-3 oz package of lime or lemon jello
1 c. boiling water
1 c. ice
1 c. mayonnaise
½ c. chopped pecans
1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple with pineapple juice not syrup
1- large carton of small curd cottage cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl put all jello and 1 c. of boiling water, mix until dissolved. Add ice and stir well. Add 1 c. of mayonnaise, stir until smooth, add nuts and pineapple (do not drain pineapple) mix gently, add cottage cheese and mix well. Pour into 2-3 quart dish, chill about 4 hours and serve.
