1 to 1 1/2 lbs.Boneless Chicken Breasts
1/2 cup of grated mozzarella cheese
1/4 grated Parmesan cheese
olive oil
1 jar of tomato sauce
1 tsp. chopped garlic
white or red wine (optional)
1 box of spaghetti

Put on pot of water to boil for pasta

Cut chicken into chunks, salt and pepper both sides to taste.

Saute chicken in olive oil and garlic until half way cooked.

Add one jar of sauce and bring to simmer.

Add sprinkle of basil, rosemary, and oregano while cooking (If you are adding a splash of wine now is the time to do it).

Add cheeses slowly and stir while melting it in the simmering sauce.

Serve over pasta.
