3/4 c. sugar
dash of salt
1/2 c. light corn syrup
1/8 c. butter
3/8 c. water
1 t. vanilla
1/4 c. chunky peanut butter
4 1/2 c. corn flakes

Directions:
Directions:
Put the corn flakes in a large buttered bowl until later. Bring the first five ingredients to a boil and reduce to medium. Cook to 236º. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla and peanut butter. Pour cooked mixture over the corn flakes until they are well coated. Drop by spoonfuls on waxed paper. Cool and eat.
