1 unbaked pie shell
1 c packed brown sugar
1/2 c unsweetened cocoa
1 T flour
3/4 c 2% milk
1/3 c light colored corn syrup
1 T butter, melted
1 t vanilla extract
2 large eggs
2 large egg whites
1 c whipped cream, plus 3 T sugar
1/2 t cocoa

Directions:
Directions:
Place pie shell in freezer until ready to use. Combine brown sugar, 1/2 c cocoa and flour in large bowl. Combine milk and next 5 ingredients and stir with a whisk until blended. Add milk mixture to brown sugar mixture and stir until combined. Pour into crust and bake at 350º for 40 minutes or until set. Cool on a wire rack. Whip the cream and add 3 T sugar. Spread over filling and sprinkle with 1/2 t cocoa.
