2 egg,
4 T. olive oil,
4T. red wine vinegar,
salt and pepper to taste,
2 T. dijon ( grey poupon ) mustard,
pinch of sugar, (1/2 teas.)

Directions:
Coddle a beaten eggs in very hot water. Let stand for 15 minutes. Place all ingredients in blender and mix well. It goes well with many vegetables and greens.
