1 lb. hot bulk sausage (Jimmy Dean's)
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated
2 1/2 cups bisquick

Brown sausage & cool.
Mix ingredients and roll into balls (size of a walnut).
Bake at 350º for 15 - 20 minutes. (lightly browned)
