1/2 cup olive oil,
1/2 cup peanut oil,
1/2 cup vinegar,
1/2 cup white vinegar,
1 teas. sugar to taste,
1 T. dry mustard,
1 teas. ground fennel,
2 T. lemon juice,
1/8 cup dried or chopped fresh parsley,
salt and pepper to taste,

Blend oils and vinegars together. Add sugar, mustard and fennel. Then add lemon juice, parsley, salt and pepper.
